VOLUNTEERING

The volunteer program responds to the need to involve the general population in activities that promote the integral development in childhood and adolescence of the Association that is at risk and vulnerability. Likewise, through volunteering, the volunteer is expected to be an agent that adds value to the community, this as a result of the performance of their knowledge and skills that will generate new contributions to the current models of action.

However, this growth is both ways since the volunteer will be able to access new cultural experiences, which will allow them to delve into the reality of the area and understand why their work is of great importance for the educational community.

Finally, volunteering with CANIGUATEMALA is an opportunity for a change in life expectations, in which accessing the reality of other spaces generates a vision of how one can influence from the private sphere in favor of local development.
